Hi I am applying forT1 entrepreneur team visa 50 k.both of us working for an IT company. We got contract with them as a consultant. They provide us a contract on their letterhead , mentioned clearly that we r consultants and they are our clients.
But someone told me it should be on our letterhead . So plz need experts advice.

Hi, I guess the important details on contracts should be

Nature of services and agreed rates.

Terms and conditions if applicable.

Name and address of Consultants with Phone No and Email, Same goes for clients. Official signatures or seal with dates. I think this satisfies the conditions

This is just my perspective on this. Cheers
