Questions for application form for Schengen visa

Hello everybody! I wonder if someone can help me.
Me and my husband are going to go to Spain from Russia under Surinder Singh route.
We both are Russian nationality and I have British citizenship as well. I doubt about in the answers on some questions in application form for Schengen visa for my husband.
1. '' Visa required for''
a) Single entry
b) Two times entry
c) Mult visa
2. The duration of the staying in Spain( we are planning to stay more then 90 days)
