Working on contract after getting Entrepreneur visa

Hello,
After getting Entrepreneur visa, Are we allowed freely to work on contract with recruitment agencies? Please could you let me know about things i need to be careful so that it would not be problem with visa extension. thanks

@ entrepreneur123, you can work on contract jobs at NQF level 4 if applicable with any company as long as they don't employ you directly and you pay your own Tax and NI yourself as self-employed.

You cannot work as self-employed via an agency.

@ Wanderer, can you explain what you mean by you cannot work as self-employed with an agency because the whole point of Tier 1 entrepreneur is that you should either be a director or self-employed and in either way, you still need to be registered as self-employed in order to pay your tax and NI.

After getting Entrepreneur Visa do we need to stick to the SOC code or can we do work on contract basis on any field which is NVQ level 4 or above and if yes do we need to inform Home office regarding the same...
