Tier 2 visa

Hello,
I am now under Tier 2 visa in the UK.

I may want to leave for a few months the UK, and reside outside of the UK during that time period. In that time period, I should still be employed by the same company in the UK and be paid by it.

Do I need to do anything because if I want to stay for a few months outside of the UK? Apply for anything if I am interested in coming back later?

The time period for which you are away will affect at the time you apply for ILR. For more information, refer to the following link:
