Getting restircted COS after sponsor's license

Hello,

I was wondering how hard will it be to get a restricted COS after the sponsorer has revived the sponsors license ?

Are there any reasons why the COS would be denied ?

Depends on the job, pay, resident labour market test, code of practice etc. If your sponsor doesn't know this then, basically, they don't deserve to have a sponsor licence.
