hi guys i was so worried about my application, by the grace of god i got visa today, i m really happy to share my case if anybody need any help plz feel free to ask

applied = 30 sep
biometric = 7 october
visa approval date - = got approval letter with documents today missed biometric card

date mention on approval letter 21 novemebr 2013

hi everbody, i m looking deeply this forum, i havent seen people applied se oct got visa on overseas funds, although few people got visa but they have funds here in uk.......i m really happy to share my list of documents and nature of business that could help the people, i got degree in marketing so i have marketing consultany..i share shortly my documents list

covering letter
ATTRIBUTES 75 POINT
company registration certificate
HMRC letter
CAR with 3 pound invoice
50k letter of my own account in overseas plus 10 k here in my own account coz pounds going up and down
business account with transaction
UK bank letter confirming the accounts and balance
business insurance
trade body registration and proof i m active member
website print out
advertisement on fb and gumtree
2 contracts and there transactions in my business account
cv shows my exp that i m eligible to do a business
personnel statement about my qualifiaction and exp
market research

MAINTAINANCE 10 POINTS

90 days barclay bank statement with letter

ENGLISH 10 Points

UK DEGREE ONLY

one more thing 1 got reply in 6 weeks as 1st week was biometric week, 2nd thing very imp ukba confirm my funds in overseas

i will be applying in december or jan soon .. i have got mba in marketing and i am applying in a team with my cousin who has masters in HR.
can you tell me please do i have to register my company within 3 mnths of submission ?

As i am on tier 4 now .. do i have to register my company before submission and do i have to promotions as well?

Reference letter from employer? Could you please enlighten me on that bit?

congrats MCR2013. I am about to lodge my application in 2 wks time Please suggest me how did you manage to get the bank letters? and had u kept ur investment money in saving account or current account?

Hi,

I am showing 40K pounds in my overseas account and the rest in my uk account. I am also using another account to show 900 pound maintenance.

My question is:

1. Do you have to prove where the 40K came from? My father is putting in my joint account with my mother. I have heard people saying ukba just need to see the money. Please advise.

I don't want to show it as third party funds as its in my joint account for which I am the primary holder.
