I gave interview in Sheffield on 16th September 2013. Received my visa on 20th of November 2013.

Congrats. thanks for reply.. that means i should wait two more weeks.. I did my interview on 8th October 2013 at Sheffield.. still waiting..

where you applied in UK or overseas.... which route PSW 50 K or student? those who gave interview at Sheffield waiting long than others

I gave interview on 7th oct in sheffield, I hope to get a reply soon. My mom is not well, I really need to go back to see her.

Hello SAM,
Write a letter to them and tell them to expedite your application as your mom is not well. I did my interview in Sheffield on 8th October still waiting. I also have some problem back home. I sent them letter but no response from them.. they don't care. Let c how long they take more to make decision. keep in touch... keep updating.

Thanks for your suggestion, I wanted to know if you have faxed them the letter or emailed and I am confused about what to do. Did you send any proof along with the letter?

Hello SAM,
Sorry for late reply. I got bad flu and fever. yeah i just sent them a letter three weeks ago. no proof was attached . then i phone them last week they said they received my letter and They are considering your request.

Secondly, if anyone want to phone HO please phone them exactly at 9AM. This is the best time to get them by avoiding long wait. But remember one thing there reply is always the same..." your Application is still under Process, we cant tell you how long it will take more, we are so busy at the moment, please wait for reply from Case worker" That it.

Hi,

I faxed them the letter along with a proof, my solicitor also sent them a letter.

Hopefully they reply soon or else I will have to withdraw my application.

The thing is withdrawing the application will also create a problem as they take upto 20 working days to return the documents and My mum's operation is on the 9th, I will miss it anyways.

These people dont have feelings.

No news and No updates. Still waiting. I spoke with one more person he is waiting as well. I am still to much worried about my case. If they want refuse us why not they give us refusal decision. Long long Wait is un-believable and teasing.

Tell me about it, I have gone into depression, sometimes not able to concentrate on my business I left my job to start this business before applying, I am soooo very depressed, plus my mom is not well back home.

I got my approval letter today, my interview was on 7th october and i remember yours was on 8th october.

Many congrats for getting approval letter. yeah i did my interview just one day after you on 8th october. i do hope now i will get the decision this week hopefully. I phoned them today but they still saying my application is under process that means no decision has been made on my Application. Anyways Congrats

congrats again. very good news. can you plz tel me the fax number and email address where you sent you letters.? I have sent these by royal mail special delivery on T1 Postal address. phoned them almost ten times but my application is still under Process. we both did interview in same week but I have received no decision yet.
