Cant Miss this !! Appeal Withdrawn

HO has withdrawn my appeal a day b4 my hearing and we where not informed until we went to the court for our hearing, we knew when tribunal has advised us that HO has withdrawn our appeal!

Any idea what will happen next ?
also please can you advise us with the below

1: The contract that we submitted at the time of our application has ended, should we inform HO about this and also make then aware that we have new contract in place ? or shall we wait until HO rep contacts us ?

2: Do we have to contact HO to ask for an update ?

3: Should we send anymore additional documents to HO ?

Please advice , any advice will be much appreciated

As long as your business continue to trade, then you don't need to send any new contract to HO except if they request for it.

2: Do we have to contact HO to ask for an update?

You can contact HO for an update on your case if you want to, but they will definitely send you a letter as to why they withdrew the appeal. The only issue is that their response time is now very slow.

3: Should we send anymore additional documents to HO ?

You don't need to send any document to HO except if they ask you to.
