Just to let u know and to thank this forum.

I had visa refused in september but after succesful AR, we got it.

Outside UK 200k cat.
No interview, no calls.

What next now after both applicant in UK ?

How to work and spend? any idea or time duration?

How long before we have to start spending that 200k??

All of that information was in the guidance that you surely must have read to get the visa. The entire investment must be completed before the extension of your visa. That would be in three years time. Go back to the guidance and read up. Really, if you don' t do this you will have problems in the future. Or better, take professional advice on what amount to a business venture.

I got T1E visa a week ago. 200k cat.
My partner is in UK on tier 4 cat.
Can he swith from tier 4 student to my dependent in UK??
