Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this forum, but after going through nearly a hundred posts, I still have a few questions that need your kind help!
Many thanks and much appreciated in advance!!!
- First issue has been raised again and again, but unfortunately as far as I found, no definite answer has been given:
As a team, if we are unable to open joint account (we tried a couple of banks but got refused, in particular for that neither of us has employment history in the UK and that my PSW visa is going to expire within 3 months), we plan to save the money in each of our personal account and ask the solicitor to provide notarised letter as proof of the access of the other team member to the account.
I've seen many cases rejected on the ground that "Bank letter not submitted mentioning the access to the funds of the other applicant", but with a Declaration notarised and signed, some appealed and got approved eventually.
So my question is, regarding the funds, can we go for individual personal accounts and declaration OR, is it that without any question, this kind of documents will be rejected and therefore our only chance would be hearing and appeal? Heard any team applied as this and got approved straight away without problem?
- Do we have to open a business account at this stage?
- We've managed to sign two contracts but won't be able to invoice the client by the time we apply, therefore no business activity would be reflected in our accounts. Would this be a problem?
Hope to see some replies soon, and wish all T1 applicants best of luck!
