Post by kipkip » Thu Nov 28, 2013 12:51 pm

Hi I will be applying ilr Jan 2014, where I work I was enrolled NVQ but I didn't pay. They said is funded. Will this affect me when renewing my ilr?
Who shall separate me from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? or even VISA REFUSAL?

Casa is correct as local education authority funding is not classed as a Public Fund (click).

Public funds are different then educational funds. You can not claim benefits for housing, unemployment etc. If you win a "grant" or position in a funded programme this is different. I was funded for my GTP last year.

Also if this was included in the "public funds" then you would not have gotten the funded position.
