How old the bank statements should be?

Hello Everyone

I am applying for Proposed Partner route. We have gathered all the documents but I am slightly worried about timeline.

Since my partner who is my sponsor, is sending me documents, the timeline is such that when I will receive the documents , the last bank statement will be older than a month by time I submit my application, would that be an issue?

Documents are arriving from UK to Pakistan

The last bank statement has to be within 28 days.

One more similar question: Payslips should be same I guess? last payslip to be within 28 days of applying?
