1.what about my dependants.should I switch to dependant on flr m.

Technically yes, but there are a handful of people who managed to get ILR instead of switching to FLR(M) followed by SET(M).

Am I need prove £18600 income threshold for dependants.

No, because your dependents were here before 9 July 2012 they fall under transitional provision.

How long they should wait for ILR.

If they've decided to go for FLR(M) then as soon as FLR(M) is granted they can apply for ILR (SET(M)) provided they meet the standard requirements (Mandatory LITUK).

2 which form to use for my over 18 son if I need separate application.

SET(F)

3.he did gcse in English from here with B grade and doing a level.is he still need english esol.

I don't see anything mention on SET(F)

Passport received

Post by Jesse22 » Sat Nov 30, 2013 1:44 pm

Just wanted to update everyone, I just received my passport and documents. They seemed to have started dealing with Aug applications

Previous visa
Student 2003 - 2013
Applied using SET (LR) Form

Application sent: 01-08-2013
Payment Method :debit card
Application Received--02-08-2013
Payment Taken from bank
Acknowledgement letter: 06-08-2013
Biometrics letter received & enrolled: 21-09-2013
passport and other documents received: 30-11-2013

I didn't get my biometric letter on time, it took about 7 weeks. I wrote to the home office and they replied saying they had sent it (it might have gotten lost). Nonetheless, they sent another one, giving me 13 days to enrol.

I didn't use a lawyer

Hope this help! Goodluck to everyone still waiting.

Congrats Jesse22 on the well earned freedom.

Where did you write to them enquiring about the status for your biometric letter, post or email? What details did you have to provide. They can't seem to gather anything from the reference number that comes with the acknowledgement letter. I am waiting for five weeks now for it. Please share if possible

I just need to know what is the time scale once you have had your Biometric done?? Do the HO call you or contact you after the Biometric is been done, as I was told at the Post office that HO will contact you.

Anyone who are experienced can throw some light , would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

Hardik
After the biometric was done we did not get any confirmation from the HO. Please do not worry about it.

I came back before three months and but bcoz of health reason my wife couldnt come back in 90 days period but she got visa up to 2016. Now if she want to come after 90 days period to in UK. Is there going to be problem in immigration or she can stay for more, I mean two or three months more.

Please expertise advice me.

We made all copies, but HO took only
1) all passports' copies,
2) a birth certificate copy,
3) HO previous letters' copies,
4) previous biometrics copies
5) application letter original
6) police registration certificate copy
7) English + LintheUK test copies
All other documents were returned with copies back

I can't find any of the previous HO letter. Why do you submit your birth certificate?
