only tb test or anything else??

and ielts is required for the application or not?? kindly let me know

Normally there is no other requirement than providing a TB test when applying from most countries. (Apart from other supporting documents)

There is no specific checklist. You need to provide evidence of your relationship which can be in form of photos, emails, chat conversations and/or call records. Apart from that, you need to show money in your bank account for yourself & for any dependants.

pls pls anyone help me am really confused ..i am applying as a dependent of tier 1 PSW ....do i need to give ielts test ...i am confused cus the ukba site says that families of tier 1,2 and 5 need to give english test ...but i asked several consultants who said dat my category does not required ielts ?? plz anyone with relevant info help mee

You don't need to do IELTS or any other english language test. Read the policy guidance before you apply.

The current PSW policy guidance doesn't suggest anything like that. You only need to provide evidence of English language ability if you apply as a spouse or partner of a settled person.
