Quickest visa for India

Hello Friends,

Can you guys give me tentative timeline for the below Indian Visa categories. I need this for my baby boy born this month. I need to take the baby to India in January, so need the quickest way possible..

(1) OCI
(2) Tourist Visa
(3) Any other

Is there anything like premium service to expedite the process?

Any idea about the fast track service for new passport for child. Is it easy enough to get a slot or is generally busy?

Thats easy, at least was when I applied (it was in February). I went to Birmingham for a one week fast track service, the passport was with us in 3 days.
