Tier 2 - ICT - ILR - SET (O) application query

Post by t_india » Wed Dec 04, 2013 9:36 am

Hello Moderators, gurus and senior members,

Hoping you can clarifyin my query pertaining to filling up SET(O) application form.

I am Currently in tier 2 - ICT, when i first entered i have been a work permit holder; but since the time i entered UK, i am with the same employer; i have not changed employed, or to any other category.

The SET(O) application form, page 53, states
If you were a work permit holder, documents confirming that you were in the employment for which a work
permit was issued throughout the period concerned
What can i provide as evidence for this?
Since i will be proving the p60s pertaining to that period, will it be ok, if i attach the work permit, along with the p60s, or should i have to suppy something else as evidence for this statement?

Please can someone confirm?

You've got multiple threads running and you shouldn't be doing that. A letter from your employer confirming employment dates would appear the obvious answer.

Thanks for your response Amber, will refrain from creating multiple threads in the future.
