hi please help me

i am a student dependant. our visa was cancelled and currently our passports are with the UKBA.we have applied for the JR. my baby is 10 minths old, i want to register his birth but my embassy told me they need ukba's stamp nd signature on photocopy of our passports.i am an indian citizen. how can i get these documents. i tried to fill online form but system is not accepting my refrence number. pls pls pls suggest me if u have any idea.

Why was your visa cancelled? I am not certain they will release the passport until everything regarding cancellation of visa has been sorted out.
