Almost 3 weeks gone since Appeal heard. No Reply yet.

Hi all, Sorry to bother u all again ... But cant resist.

As most of u know my Refusal reasons were straight forward, Appeal went smooth. Heard on 15th November. The Judge said it will take a foortnight. Still no reply.

Called my Solicitoaire n he said they may take up to 4 weeks. Its a common practice.

Will i too receive a Judgement copy ? Or only my legal representative Recieves it.

Any one whose appeal heard in the same phase n got the judgement ?

Every reply will help relieving my stress

HI AceVenture,

My appeal was heard on July 30th and I walked out knowing the decision, thankfully the judge put me out of misery straight away and allowed me appeal. I received the document in writing one week later.

However, 4 months later, I am still waiting for my documents and BRP.

My friends Appeal heard on 21/11/2013, Received decision on 3/12/2013.

Your legal Rep will get the letter, however you can call 03001231711, they will tell you if a decision has been sent out or not.

I received allowed decision 45 days later.
