Just inform ukba in writing. That's all you can do. What action Ukba takes or any future application she makes or what happens in court is a matter for her and ukba.

Why don't you leave your spouse to find out what options remain open to her?

You do what you have to do, that's all.

Why do you worry about how the whole thing will pan out for her?

Why you worry about appeals, if she gets a right of appeal for anything? Why don't you leave the headache of appeal to the judge and the judicial system who decides the matter?

Why do you worry about domestic violence? If you have done nothing wrong, then you nothing to worry about. If you have been involved in domestic violence, then its right she gets to stay and you face the music.

She is on your dependant visa, but she is not your slave that you can control her every move and action.

For whatever reason you have decided to split. Now try to move on in life.

Dear poster, please think about what Ayubbi has said. Never say never as well.If you consider you really must inform UKBA about the breakdown in your relationship, no worries but best to leave at that point and let them sort out the 'technicalities' .

God's Authority and Ayyubi72

Thanks, what you are saying is no doubt the right advice. I was just trying to understand everything before I inform them so I write it in the correct way without missing anything and present all facts.

It helps if I know the process after they receive the letter.

Go talk to yourself, inform the UKBA and leave the rest to the UKBA and the courts to deal with. Leave the poor woman alone.
