Lucky you got it. Still awaiting this letter, spoke to them yesterday and they still can't find my application on the system. I think I applied just two days after you. I cant believe these people.

I am an october applicant same time as Gryphon I guess.. I received my Biometic Letter after almost a month that also I had to call them and check if there was any issue and then they told me they have sent it.

I do not understadn what is delaying you guys process is it the payment mode you guys have opted ( I did Credit card ) ..!!!

Well all i would say to wait.. for this week and then write them and fax the copy along with your ACK copy too.

My immigration status was student for 10 Years. I came in 26 October 2003 as a visitor and convert to student on 28/10/2003 and I received my first student visa on November 2003.
I send only Passport with all stamps and Visa, and my last Biometrics card, Letter from my work status time of work and Life in UK Test.

Acknowledgement letter: 21/10/2013

Biometrics letter received: STILL WAITING

Biometrics enrolled: STILL WAITING

I rang HOffice on 26/12/2013 they told me that my application is not there system. SILLY
I rang today on 05/12/13 concern the Biometric letter. They told me they don't know why this has not been send to me.SILLY JOKE
I make a request over the phone with them. NOW WAIT AGAIN.

I don't understand Why some applicant of October MY Friends they already got there Biometric letter it within 2 weeks. Solicitor Applicant

I have to apply my ILR next week i am currently student from 10 year with no work permission have got visa upto August my wife is my student dependent from last 7 year I am confused which form I have to apply for my wife if I apply flr M then how I can meat the 18600 requirement as I have no work permission if I used flro then must refusal one of my friend got ILR but her wife refused

Hello Abchardik & Gryphon, I've Pay via Debit Card, For taking money they are good mate.
My point is some applicants apply just 2 days before me, hey already got there Biometric Letter and done it aswell. SOUND WIERD MATE
If you have a fax number for HOME OFFICE LIVERPOOL give it to me please.
There are taking the Mikky with me. Let them by now, If they mess about me with my application or lost. They will paid for that.
I got my cousin case was worst she got straight forward.

Yes, I agree with the debit card. Just wasn't sure about the bank when they mess about with the payment, all they say is "oops we screwed up, sorry about that" and you are at the back of the queue again. To avoid that I chose draft. Anyway, they told me that drafts are generally cleared and they send acknowledgement letter after clearing the payments. Not sure if that is true. It's bitterly frustrating when people applying days before you gets the biometric letter. I bet you some folks applying in November might have got it too, although I don't know of any.

I am posting a letter to Liverpool by records delivery today. I am also going to email the letter to: settlementopspolicy@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, the address given to me by one of the Moderator. Also I shall cc it to: complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, the address I got from HO.

My theory is, cases after the payment centre goes to individual casework units in Liverpool and it how fast they move up the process tree depends on individual units. It's all a game of probability now.

Any one knows any other ways to contact Liverpool other than postal address. Please share it with us.

I had a valid student visa expiring in: December 2012; I was 'detained' by UKBA on: 16/May/2012 and they 'revoked' my 'student visa.'

I filed Judicial Review Claim in the High Court; they gave me temporary admission on: 11/July/2012 because of that.

The High Court sealed a "Form of Consent" between us and TSol on: 25/October/2012 confirming UKBA was willing to reconsider my case; that's why, I withdrew the Judicial Review Claim from the High Court.

Since until 18/June/2013, UKBA didn't give any decision regarding the reconsideration, I qualified for '10 year legal status' and respectively applied for ILR.

Application Sent: 18/June/2013.

Acknowledgement letter: 20/June/2013.

Biometrics letter received: 04/July/2013.

Biometrics done: 09/July/2013.

Approved date (on letter): STILL WAITING.

Just now, I enquired with Sunrise Solicitors (206 Merton High Street, South Wimbledon, London, SW19 1AX) regarding my case; they said, as my student visa was initially curtailed by UKBA followed by the re-consideration decision of theirs, unless the 1st decision is my favor, I'm not eligible to qualify for ILR. Any help/suggestion?
