Tier 2 Dependant

Post by samiraz » Fri Dec 06, 2013 10:05 am

Hi,

I am currently on a Tier 2 Visa. My unmarried same-sex partner is on a PSW visa which expires in February 2014. We have been living together for 2 years now. I would like to bring my partner under my dependant visa. I had a few questions in regards to that:

1- My Tier 2 application was made with no dependants and relationship status as single. Will I need to use the change of circumstances form and change my relation ship status and add a dependant before she applies for her visa ?

2- If i were to change sponsors and have to reapply for tier 2, Will she have to reapply with me given that she has already received her tier 2 dependant ?

3-What kind of evidence we would need to provide to prove our relationship is subsiding ?

Would really appreciate your help.

Thank you

if your relationship is subsiding don't proceed. If you want to prove that it is subsisting. and generally to see what the rules are, you will find this link useful:
