Claiming tax credits as joint applicants is fine. Cohabitation proof should be roughly every 4 months of the last 2 years.

Hi,
I m on ILR and my UK born daughter(age: 1.4 years)is on PBS dependent visa(and so as my wife).
I just want to know if I can apply any benefit for my daughter and whether the benefit can have any impact on her visa(ILR).
Regards

Usually 6-8 weeks but can take up to 6 months.

You will find out when you get a decision. When council makes any kind of changes to the bill, they always send an amended bill. If you HO raises any questions, then you can send them the new amended bill.

Ayyubi72 if you aren't able to help, the intelligent thing to do would be to resist from posting.

I'm afraid to tell you, very few find you amusing, your comments are distasteful. I imagine you have some complex, making it necessary to belittle others.
