ILR for jobless for 1 year ( Tier-1 General)

Hi All
Kindly let me know if anyone on Tier-1(General) visa has got success in getting ILR in case of out of job for 1 year. I am about to apply for my ILR. I was jobless for whole 1st year(out of my continuous 5 years) when I entered to UK on Tier-1(General) visa.

Have you thoroughly read through the requirements for ILR?

Assuming you have no unspent convictions, have earned enough income in the relevant period prior to your application and have satisfied the other requirements, then being out of a job at an earlier point in time is not a problem.

If you are currently out of a job and have not met the earnings threshold, then that's a different scenario.
