I will apply next year as well and cover my short fall by FLR (O) and then vary it to Set (LR) like you did.

Dear Miangee,
You can submit your application on the basis of 10 years. Your wife is not entitled to apply with your application. When your ILR approved than your wife can apply as spouse visa with FLR(M) form. I am not sure but you can search on board, If your wife is you dependent on PBS before 9 July 2012 than 18600 condition is not applicable in your spouse case. English requirement B1 is required.

Lets assume, there are 21 case workers working for LR ILR and per day complete 5 applications then
(10 x 5 x 21) = 1050 applications they can finish within this time frame
so there is a chance, hopefully InshAllah

Set (lr) confusing statement about previous address

Post by Smalik » Sun Dec 08, 2013 2:33 pm

Hi all,
I am filling my SET(lr) form and really confused with the five years previous address section.
On the form it says
If you have lived at this address for less than 5 years please give previous address (not addresses).
Than there is space for one address only( which means one for current address and one for previous address).

I have seen another form on which 2 years address is required and it is clearly stated that if you have lived on your current address for less than two years please provide your previous addresses in the last two years.
Than there was a space for two previous addresses and after that it even states attach a separate sheet if you need more space.

I will really really appreciate if someone can help with this.

hi Malik,
I attached the 4 sheets for 5 year addresses and wrote on top of each page "cont.. 5 years addresses"
They have accepted my application.

Thanks a lot setlrapplicant for your reply,
Actually my question is that SET(lr) form doesn't ask for 5 year addresses so we should only write current and previous address and there is no need to give all the previous addresses.
All I want to know is that is there any one else who has noticed this and has given only current and previous address.

Thanks

Dear Smalik,
I give all 5 years addresses, you are right after reading that we should give only one previous address.
I got my ILR and i am not seeing any harm to give them all 5 years history.
choice is yours
