URGENT: Query regarding PEO appointment for ILR

Dear Forum Members,

I am currently on Tier 1 General visa, I have booked my PEO appointment for ILR for January 2014. In the 'Type of application' I selected Tier 1 General as there was no option for selecting Settlement. The form that I selected was SET(O) form and they have also taken payment as per ILR fees.

I just wanted to check if it is ok to select Tier 1 or do I need to cancel it and select some other option.

Your quick response would be appreciated
