REFUSED MY APPLICATION TODAY 6TH OF DEC 2013

we applied with my team member on march 2013
interviewd on 6 of august
today 6th of december 2013 we received refusal letter.

they awarded us 95 points
75 for funding
10 maintanance
10 language
they saying we are not satisified that we are genuine enterpneure

245dd(i) and 245dd(h) and 245de
one of team member is already director of security company since march 2011 they saying you are director and did not mentioned.
they said we started this business bcz of visa.

NEED YOUR SUGGESTIONS PLEASE
I HAVE 10 DAYS TO APPEAL
AND GOOD SOLICITOR PLEASE WHO EXPERT IN TIER 1 ENTERPNEURE APPEALS

@ Haq Jhandeer, send in your appeal first and go for consultation with various law firms to decide which solicitor you want.

If you guys are already trading, then you have a very good chance of winning as that will show you are genuine entrepreneur.

You can also send Home Office a reconsideration request within 90days of refusal letter if you can prove that your business has been trading before their decision. Your reconsideration request can still be send while your appeal is pending and you guys might be lucky if they decide to reconsider your case and grant your visa rather than wait for months before appeal hearing.

@ Haq Jhandeer, you don't necessarily need a solicitor to submit your appeal, you can update the section for legal representative before your hearing. Just make sure you give good points for your basis of appeal.

If you are not sure about which solicitor to use now, you can send your appeal yourself and update the tribunal later once you get a good solicitor.

If your business is trading already, then that's enough point to support your appeal as you need to show evidence of trading to judge and explain that evidential flexibility should have been applied to your case to demand for further proof if Home Office are in doubt of your genuineness.

You can fill the appeal form or submit online (faster if done online) yourself and state your reason as ''Home Office are wrong for concluding that you are not a genuine entrepreneur because your business is already trading and you are in-fact genuine entrepreneur''.

ITS STILL ADVISABLE TO TALK TO PROFESSIONAL AS THEY KNOW BETTER.

It doesn't matter how much your turnover is as Home Office didn't ask for such information for now, they just want to be sure you are doing business trading genuinely.
So submit all your evidence of trading since you submit your application with your appeal form as evidence to show that Home Office are wrong in their decision.
