need advice on funds

Hello,
My friends i have applied for entrepreneur visa, i showed all my funds in UK bank account (50K Plus maintanance) , after the submission of my application i have used some of the funds to pay the deposit of office , others expenses

my question is how does the HO check with the bank will the check the current balance or the will check weather the statement is genuine , what was the balance on that specific day ,
