New version of SET (O) for tier 1 general

Guys just noticed they have released new version of SET (O) form which is 12/2013

I have only one week left for PEO appoinment.

Should I now fill this new form SET (O) 12/2013?

I am on tier 1 (general 3 + 2) visa.

According to the following link, you can use the previous version until 22nd December 2013:-

You should use the new forms if you apply on or after 1 December 2013. However, we will continue to accept applications made on the previous version of forms FLR(O), FLR(M) and SET(DV) up to and including 22 December 2013.

Doesn't say anything about SET (O).....

Now when I become aware before one week of my appointment, I will fill the new form and will trash the old form.

Please correct me if I am wrong here.
