Hi there,

I want to know about my case, i have Tier 2 G at the moment but i had PSW before Tier 2 visa. now i want to change my visa Tier 2 to Tier 1 Entrepreneur. i just want to confirm. Am i qualify in £50000 fund category because in policy Guidance UKBA said if you have or were PSW then you qualify in 50K. please guide me in this matter.

No, you need to have current PSW visa in order to qualify for 50K category
,How can people find the time to hate while life is too short to love,
