After 6 months apart (hes in NZ) our application was finally denied, we will find out tomorrow why. Has anybody out there beeen denied the same from the NZ based British Embassy?
They said it has grounds for an appeal, can anybody shed any light on what grounds this may be? Like not enough proof of mail etc?
We are so devastated, does this mean he cant even return to the UK to sort out our lives and work out what we are going to do with our room/posessions/bills etc?
Any help much appreciated, we are truely lost and desperate to know what to do to appeal. Does an appeal take long?
