Gp for visitor

Post by dina123 » Tue Dec 10, 2013 12:30 pm

Hi everyone
I have got my settlement status (10 years long residence) six months ago. I want to bring my old mother (65+) to the UK in visit visa. Will she be entiltled to join GP? I asked the receptionist of my local GP. She said that visitor from some countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh are not entitled to get GP facilities. They have to pay for this facilities. But I heard that visitor under 3 months can see GP without charge.

Can anybody confirm me about this please. Thank you all.
