CHILD ILR OR REGISTRATION

Hi Every One
I am British citizen,my wife and my one dauther from India they have a ILR due in April 2014.
(1) No body have job in my house but i have saving £10000 Its will be ok?
(2)My wife given two time Ielts test for B1 level but one time she got in listening 4 band and speaking 3 band secound time she got 3band 3.5 band now her next test its already booked in Jan if she get 4 band in speaking Can i use combination of first results and third result?
(3)Hope fully after they got ILR can i apply for my dauther stright away registration for British Citizen? or I have to wait for one year? My wife do not want to apply for British citizen ship.

Savings should suffice. She should meet the minimum band requirement from IELTS.

Where was your child born, what was your immigration status when the child was born?

Thanks for your reply.I am British Citizen, my Dauther was born in India she is now 10 year old.When she born I am in India as a Indian Citizen.
I know for B1 in Ielts need 4Band but wife did not get 4 band in speaking she get 4 band in listining so can i use 2 diffrent resuts?
