My husband had a hearing on tier 1 entrepreneur visa, still awaiting for a decision. Just incase if anything goes wrong he needs to be dependant on me. Is it mandatory that he needs to go back home and then apply for dependant, or in 28 days can he apply from here as a dependant.I am doing my MSC from LCA where CAS issued by Anglia Ruskin University. My course ends January 2015.if i want to call my husband from back home on dependant visa how much funds I need to show here as me and my husband has a joint account here in uk.
Also back home do we need to show any funds on my husbands parents account to support him, or he needs to maintain any account there for 28 days.
Also is it mandatory that we need to have any utility bills on our name as we don't have anything right now.
