does british embassy accept cousins nikkah via fone in the presence of all relatives ...n then registered by union councilll??? n i have got my marriage registration certifcate also...... so it is imp that both husband n wife should b in same country at the time of nikkah...what r the rules?
i want to apply for my psw dependant visa...me n my husband who is also my cousin have the same nadra family number....v had a big engagement function vn he came back last year in the presence of our all relatives .....this year v had nikkah via skype in the presence of all relatives......but now i have to apply for dependant visa...is it acceptable for british embassy or not??kindly let me know

Generally speaking, if a marriage is legally valid in the foreign country in which it took place, then it is valid under the law here in the UK

Yes.. it is 2013.. But onlly marriage of shambles /convienence happen this way. Just because of immigration and short term gains,do we have to bastardise the institution..
