Switch from Tier 2 ICT dependent visa to Tier 2 General visa

I have a Tier-2 ICT dependent visa. Can I switch to Tier-2 General visa?
I will be main applicant in new visa.

No, you need to leave the UK and appy for Entry Clearance.
