PBS Depd. Baby- extension date diff b/w father & mother

Guys, Need some urgent advice here.

The Father (Main applicants Tier 1) has recently extended the visa till Dec 2016
The mother (dependent1) visa expires on Oct 2014

We want to apply for Visa of a baby born 9 months ago in UK.
I AM APPLYING PEO ONLY FOR BABY

Document we have
- Dependent form
- Bank statement for fund requirements
- Baby UK Birth certificate
- Baby Indian passport
- Baby photographs
- BRP & Passport of main applicant
- Marriage Certificate
- Some of family photographs taken in UK

Questions
1. Will there be any issue if they see that the mother visa is till Oct 2014
2. Do I have to provide any evidence for accommodation/care arrangement

Gurus please advice asap, I had PEO this monday.

The best thing is to apply both (mother and baby) visas together. They both will get their Visas till December 2016.

It will not cost you more because whether you apply your wife's visa now or in Oct 2014, she will only get visa till December 2016.

And if you are not planning to travel until October 2014 and can not afford to pay their visa fees now. Then you can wait until October 2014 and then apply both Visas (Mother and baby) together.

Your son will get visa inline with your visa. Why you are not applying visa for your wife?

I have taken just one PEO as it is really costly as they are applying separately 1920 each
Since my wife has got the visa till OCT 2014, so I am just applying for my son
So that they can both go to India next month and return back on April 2014
Once they are back I will apply for my wife ...I just extended my visa so that my son can get the extended date

Do you think there will be any issue...please confirm as it is really risky to put such amount.. But I have too...
