Time taken by Home Office after Court Decision

Post by GainKnowledege5 » Sun Dec 15, 2013 12:31 pm

I got my visa refused on the grounds of missing telephone number and e-mail address on service contract. I applied for appeal and the result was in my favour as I got letter confirming this from Judge on 11/12/13.
How long can Home Office take to grant Visa?
Can they still ask for more paper work?
And do they still have right to refuse my visa on other grounds?

I am still waiting... tried sending them 3 letters and even though I send them via recorded delivery with royal mail... they said that they never received any of the letters. They are asking me to be patient and wait.

hi

My humantarion ground or EX 1 appeal was allowed at the lower tribunal on 28 july
2015. UKBA did not appeal further against this decision. I have
been waiting for the immigration documents since then. My legal aid
solicitor is no longer working for me. So I sent reminder to
the UKBA through postal recorded delivery. UKBA did not give
any reply yet.If it is the right process Could you please tell me
where should I send the letter to or where could I phone OR HOW MUCH TIME THEY WILL TAKE OFFICIALLY. I have my wife with me who is my defendant
and three children age 21 ,18 and 10 . All them born in the UK. I
cannot work as I was forbidden to take any employment since my passport is with UKBA
I have few queries at below,

1) How long UKBA will take to send my official documents?

2) Can I take any employment before I get those documents?

3) Where can I get financial support if I cannot take any
employment ? Local authority refused to give me any fund as they
said it is discretionary but not mandatory. I cannot apply for any
benefit as HMRC wants my immigration status .
