Out of time appeal to First Tier Tribunal

Hi Guys,

My Solicitor made an out-of-time appeal for me in the last week of November 2013. I am yet to hear anything whether or not my appeal has been allowed. How long does UKBA usually take to give decision on allowance or non allowance of an appeal? If my appeal is allowed, what is the time limit during which I can make a fresh application while the appeal is pending?
