Different SOC with Same Employer - Dependants Visa?

Hi, I got my first Tier 2 General visa in July 2013 for the duration of three years. My dependants also got the T2 Dependant visa for same duration. Now I am going to have permanent but different role (different SOC) with same employer - probably starting from 1st February 2014. As the new role has different SOC, I understand that I'll have to get new CoS and reapply for Tier2 General Visa.

My questions are:
1) Do my Dependants have to reapply their Dependant visa with me? I am unable to find any information on UKBA website!

2) If the answer to above question is yes, then do I have to show maintenance funds for me as well as for my dependants?
