HSMP-English Language Certificate

Hi All,

I studied BTech from, S.V.University, Tirupati, A.P, India. I have got english language certificate from my college (S.V.University College of Engineering). Now, I am in a doubt if this is ok or they want from university only. Does any body have an idea?

When in doubt, do IELTS test.

The HSMP guide clearly stated that they can only accept Bachelor degree and only Bachelor degree as proof of English language proficiency.
