Urgent - New born Tier 1 Dependent documents for VFS india

Please advise the New born Tier 1 Dependent documents for VFS india(Andheri branch)

1. Birth Certificate
2. Passport
3. Maintenance fund statements
4. Father (working as contractor in uk- income statements etc)??
5. Mother documents if any?

6. Any other documents

Please advise at earliest
