Visitor Visa successful - Tier 1 Dependant Sponsor

Post by gprao2010 » Fri Nov 08, 2013 1:16 pm

Hi all,

Just wanted to share my experience regarding successful Visitor visa application for my mother in law sponsored by Tier 1 Dependant.

Documents provided by us:
Sponsorship & Invitation Letter (From Tier 1 Dependant as the sponsor, no mention of Tier 1 Main holder)
Last 6 months pay slips (Tier 1 Dependant)
Last 6 months bank statement (Tier 1 Dependant)
Copy of passport & BRP (Tier 1 dependant & main holder)
Accommodation Evidence - Council Tax
Employment Evidence - Offer Letter (Tier 1 Dependant)

Documents provided by mother in law:
Passport
Planned Itinerary
Last 6 months bank statement (Her pension is credited into the account)
Fixed Deposits in her name
Property Document in her name - RTC (Translated to English by Notary)
Father-in-law's death certificate (Marital status)

Thanks,

Hi,

Can you please advise before applying through Fast Track had you Mother In Law had traveled to any of the countries (UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or a Schengen country) as listed on VFS website a criteria to apply through Fast Track.

The only reason I'm asking is because am planning to apply for my Mother In Law as well through Fast Track but this is the first time she is travelling abroad.

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

Yes, she had travelled to UK in 2011. That's why we applied through Fast Track. The applicant should have travelled to one of the countries that you have mentioned in the last 5 years to be eligible to apply through Fast Track.
