Can I work 20 Hrs after sending Tier-4 Application

Hi
I am currently on Tier-2 visa and was made redundant last month. Can I work 20/10 hours after sending my Tier-4 application OR I will be eligible for work after getting Tier-4 visa from ukba. In simple words at what point of time after sending my Tier-4 application, I can take part time work?

No. Because your old visa only allowed you to work for your employer which now has been curtailed and once you get new tier 4 visa then you maybe able to work.

Your current leave applies until your new leave is approved. Under T2 you can work 20 supplementary hours in the same type of work you were doing for your sponsor. You cannot work under T4 rules until that application is approved.

Redundancy was due to employer's licence revoked. I look at on Tier-2 and para 209 is about supplement employment but I do not have now main employment therefore not sure whether I can take it or not(http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... idance.pdf)
I applied for Tier-4 and this weekend I am going for biometric.
Do you also think that I take a part time employment under supplementary employment before approval of my Tier-4 visa under? Please advise me what is the best way to take employment as employer's requirement is urgent and they want me next week but I do not want any issues in my clean immigration history and future ILR so considering all these factor please advise me what to do?

Since you no longer doing your main employment, therefore, you may not be able to do supplementary employment which is really very trickily/unclearly mention in policy guidance especially in your circumstances. But better if you can directly inquire about it from them.
