New English language requirement query

Post by phospholipid » Wed Dec 18, 2013 9:45 pm

I have booked a GESE Grade 5 test for tomorrow which is acceptable according to this page: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... -tests.pdf

However, on this page: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... atura1.pdf

It is not listed - will it be accepted :S

Yes: It states:

ESOL Skills for Life at Entry level 3, level 1 or level 2

Integrated Skills in English

I don't think these are equivalent to the Trinity College London GESE grade 5 qualification

But it's listed on the other document and I contacted Trinity College London and they said it's accepted for naturalisation :|

Where is the other document? where are you looking?

Where is it listed and where is it not?

Millions of immigrants are doing trinity exams. You are the first one who has somehow come to the conclusion that it is not acceptable.

Some immigrants should get knighthood for doing unnecessary research, and finding deep hidden secret information.
