I will be applying for ILR on 19Dec2013 at Croydon PEO.
Visa granted:- 14Jan2009
First Entry: 18Feb2009
Leave to remain:-14Jan2014
Total Absence in 5 yrs:- 69days
Can you please some expert review my checklist.
1) Duly signed and completed SET(O) form;
2) Payment sheet for Home office fees
3) 2 passport sized photo
4) My current Passport
5) Life in the UK pass Notification Letter
6) PBS calculator shows PHD degree was awarded in English
7) Initial Work Permit letter
Confirmation of Employment with paid absence, SOC code, salary rate etc.
9) P60s for last 5 yrs;
10) One year Pay slips
11) One year Bank statement showing salary
12) Mortgage Repayment history (additional document)
13) cover letter
Is there any fund requirment (i.e minium balance needs to be maintained )?
Please do let me know if there anything missing.
