Tier4 to Tier 2

My cousin completed a university degree in the UK on tier 4 and completed successfully.after that she went to another master degree and extended Tier 4 and few minths to go to finish.now she got an offer to switch on tier 2.can she switch based on one degree she previously completed? Pls help.thanks

she can switch if she successfully completed and passed a UK recognised bachelor's degree. For the detailed requirements read para 16-18 of the T2 policy guidance.

and this paragraph on this page is very confusing .

during your most recent period of permission to stay, or period of continuous permission to stay that includes your most recent permission to stay - this must have included permission for you to study for the qualification.

Based on her one degree already completed here successfully , she can switch on Tier-2 isnt it? although she is on a Tier 4 now for a different course which hasnt been completed.

if she obtained a bachelor's degree and has been on T4 continuously during her studies then she can switch to T2G even if she hasn't completed her master's degree.
