Absences from country

Hi,

Hardly I was out of country for not more that 40 days in past five yrs. Do i need to submit the letter for my absences as part of my ILR application .

Hi Amber,

As per the new application form for SET(O), its asking to furnish the letter from employer for all absences from UK.(Refer section 6.2 and 6.3)

I will be applying very soon using set(o), please advise on this.

Thanksk Amber.

All the below docs fine for ILR application

1. 12 months payslip

2. 12 months bank statement

3. Letter from employer reg the continuity

4. p45 and p60

5. Degree certificate

6. Utilityy bill

pls confirm are these docs sufficient for applying ILR

LIUK test certificate, Passport, BRP?

Although the form does ask for absence evidence, in practice I've not heard of them requesting it where absences are <180 days per 12 month period.
