Eligibility Date to apply Red passport

Hi,

I have a quick question regarding eligibility date to apply for British passport.

I got my ILR 25 days (Feb 2013) before my Tier 1 (March 2013) got Expired and came in to UK 28 days after my initial HSMP stamping (April 2008). And my question here is

Am I eligible just 1 year after my ILR stamping (Feb 2014)?
Or Am eligible 6 years from date of entry (April 2014)??
Or Am I eligible 6 years from date of stamping (March 2014)??

Thanks Amber, I checked the link before posting my question.

Does it mean that I should have stayed for past 5 years from date of application which includes 1 year in ILR.
So can someone confirm that the earliest that I could apply is by Feb2014??

I ask this, as I was told my many that I can apply only after 6 years from date of entry…

1 year after ILR if you're not the spouse/civil partner of a British Citizen and have been resident in the UK for 5 years but for permitted absences and also that you were physically present in the UK 5(3) years (+ 1 day) prior to the Home Office receiving your application.

And that's for Naturalisation, not applying for British Passport, one follows the other.....
