Parents visit Visa

Dear Friends

I am inviting my parents to visit us due to my wife's pregnancy.I am on tier 1 General Visa.

I would highly appreciate if you could comment on what else i should add in documents to make it better .

Documents I can Provide:

1-Our BRP copies
2-Our Passport Copies
3-Six Months Bank statements showing 2000+ in accounts balance
4-Letter from GP about pregnancy
5-Six months Payslips
6- Tenancy Letter from agent (2 bedroom flat)
7-Invitation Letter (Not sure if it need to be attested by solicitor)
8-Employer Letter confirming 50k+ Gross income

Documents My parents Providing:

1-Passports
2-Agricultural Land registry documents on their names. (which is source of income)
3- Receipts of income of approx 5000 pounds in last 4 months.
4-Four months bank statement of father showing little transaction activity but about 5000 pounds end balance
5-Mother bank statement showing approx 3500 pounds (not many transaction though)

what else should i add ???
