Yes you will if your visit to the UK has nothing to do with your employer. Also bearing in mind that you have only been in the UK for this employer for less than two months out of twelve, so it isn't as if the UK is your main home.arparida wrote:Hi,
I am an Indian and have Tier2 ICT which is valid till March 2015.
I was in UK for 1 and half month this year and am currently working in Germany.
Do I need to have a separate visitor visa if I want to enter UK on a personal trip?
Please keep in mind that i wont have any Deputation Letter from my employer nor salary certificate.
Br,
Amit
If the OP is on an assignment in Germany and this has been properly documented by the sponsor in the migrant's records, I think he could travel to the UK on his T2 ICT visa to spend, say, part of his annual leave here.PaperPusher wrote:[Yes you will if your visit to the UK has nothing to do with your employer.
